Come early and join in a game or just visit with your friends
The Club will fund Steaks and Baked Potatoes and everyone should bring
a covered dish. Last names A-E bring Dessert, F-Z bring Veg dish.
We have lots things to discuss about upcoming calendar events, club
members, & election of 2012 officers.
Bring a friend or fellow sailor. The
meeting will follow dinner, then back to games and visiting. RSVP - RSVP - RSVP Please
call or e-mail either Miriam Corbin or Bob Horan by midnight Tuesday the 17th
of January to tell us how many
steaks we need. We need to buy
them yet and a close count will really help.

About the Club
MGTS
is a
private club centered on and around the sport of sailing. Most members live in Middle Georgia and
sail trailerable sailboats up to 28 ft in length. Sailing events are usually held at Lake Sinclair located just
North of Milledgeville, or at lakes or coastal areas in the Southeast . Non-members are invited to participate in
events listed on this site as "Open" events and other events as a
guest of a member. See the the “Member Application” link
to join and there is a
standing invitation for potential members to attend any of the monthly dinner
meetings that are announced herein (see the “Current Rudder” link for times
and location.)
Although most of our events are cruising events we do have some races. Please print out our Racing Registration Form and take it with you when you come to the race. The races are generally held at Lake Sinclair. Take a moment to review the rules we will be racing under. |
